How to Report Cars with Black Smoke

If a smoking vehicle is putting out black smoke, blue smoke, or white smoke from the car's exhaust pipe, it is creating massive smog. One car with a fault emission or broken exhaust pipe can put out more smog and smoke than 500 cars and creating air pollution.
