Exchanges or Returns...

• We accept unworn clogs (clogs worn outside will not be accepted) in brand-new condition in the original box within 30 days for exchange or return.
• $9 restocking fee per pair for all exchanges or returns ($5 box replacement fee if the original box isn't returned).
• Customers are responsible for the shipping fees to Clogwild.
• Very Important: Include a copy of your store receipt and a note explaining what you would like to be done with your exchange or return. Failure to do so may delay your exchange or return.
• Please use US Mail for returns/exchanges. We strongly recommend that you use insurance and proof-of-mail tracking. We are not responsible for any packages lost by the US Postal Service. Send to: Clog Wild, P.O. Box 729, Palm Springs, CA 92263. Send your clogs to us by first class US mail.

• All credits on returns will be issued within 30 days of the day the clogs were recieved. Please call us if you have any questions about a credit on your credit card about a return. We will charge 25% of the total purchase price for any invalid chargeback filed with a credit card company.
